Cat vs. Turtle (The Showdown)

Today we’re talking about who would win in a cat vs. turtle epic battle to the death.

Cat vs. Turtle

Cat vs. turtle

I’m excited about this battle but I need to be careful not to overthink it. So with cat vs. turtle I think I should just make a couple lists.

What I know about cats

  • Mammal
  • The most popular pet in the world
  • Run large territories with a home base
  • Fight over just about anything
  • Extremely social and adaptable
  • Can be toilet trained
  • Sleep most of the day, active at night

What I know about turtles

  • Reptile
  • Lay eggs
  • Popular pet
  • Can live on land or in water
  • Can be herbivore, omnivore, or carnivore
  • Have a strong, protective shell
  • Adapts to surroundings

And now for the cat vs. turtle scorecard

Cat vs. Turtle (the showdown)

Maybe you’re surprised but I’m not. The cat reigns supreme. Since they fight over just about anything, they’re pretty good at it. And since turtles are generally prey, not hunter, they’re really good at hiding from danger.

So this isn’t really a battle to the death or anything. In fact, it’s kind of stupid. Cat wins, hands down. If only it could get into that protective shell…but….

Next battle: Cat vs. Gator.

Other stupid animal battles
